Phases

1. Phase 1

   • Identify local NGO partners and define priority use cases for OpenFlexure and Flex microscopes.
   • Assess operational needs, local conditions, and intended areas of use.
   • Define a clear framework for partnership and implementation.

2. Phase 2

   • Confirm the scope of deployment with partner organisations.
   • Define maintenance responsibilities and local support arrangements.
   • Coordinate delivery planning and implementation readiness.

3. Phase 3

   • Deploy the equipment with local partner organisations.
   • Deliver local training to support effective use, maintenance, and continuity.
   • Review initial implementation outcomes and define the next phase of support or expansion.
